Step 1
Claim your free analysis or pick a tier.
After I accept your application, I email you a private link to upload your match. A progress bar shows it going up and a check mark confirms it arrived.

Pick your next step.
Three ways to work with me directly, from a single breakdown to month-by-month development. College Pathway is coming soon. Every tier includes guidance for the player and the parent, not just a report.
02
How it works
Step 2
I review it personally.
Every submission is reviewed by me: tactical analysis, priorities identified, no hand-offs. Breakdown delivered within 5 days of receiving footage.
Step 3
I get on a call with you.
A live video call to walk through what I found, arranged by email on Google Meet around your time zone. Calls are not recorded. After each call I send a short written summary.
Step 4
You get it in writing.
Every analysis comes with a written report: your top 3 priorities and a plan for the next 2 weeks. Monthly members also get a development plan update, the skill radar and the player passport. Yours to keep.
At least 3 clear priorities and a plan, or a full refund.
Monthly plans repeat every month: new footage, new analysis, same process.
03
How your player reads the game.
Updated every month, with what changed since the last analysis.
Included in Player Development and Elite Development.
Eight mental and tactical attributes, scored 1 to 5 from match footage. Sample data only.
1 Developing · 2 Emerging · 3 Competent · 4 Strong · 5 Standout
What each attribute means
- Scanning
- How often and when the player checks the game before receiving the ball.
- Transitions
- The first actions in the seconds after winning or losing the ball.
- Off-ball movement
- Movement to offer an option, create space or support a teammate.
- Anticipation
- Reading play early enough to be in the right place before it happens.
- Response to mistakes
- What the player does in the next actions after an error.
- Decision-making
- Choosing the right action, and choosing it in time.
- Positioning
- Where the player stands relative to the ball, teammates and opponents, with and without the ball.
- Composure under pressure
- What the player does with the ball when an opponent is closing.
Sample, not a real player. Scale 1 to 5. Coach's assessment from the submitted match footage, not a measurement.

Testimonials
In their words01 / 02
Working with Erik has honestly helped me take my game to the next level.
He helped me navigate many of the difficult aspects of being a footballer through his own experience, and his guidance played a big role in helping me to sign a pro contract in Europe. I'm truly grateful for his help, and would 100% recommend him to any footballers looking to improve their game.

The match review was especially invaluable, I could tell Erik had spent hours deeply analyzing it and finding specific solutions to the little aspects of my game that needed fixing. In addition to talking about the positives and negatives during the match, Erik also helped me create specific targets to improve and focus on in the following trainings and matches. And as a result, not only did I feel like I was performing better, but coaches, teammates, and my family noticed a big difference as well.
