Refunds and cancellation

This is the short, plain version. The terms of service are the full version. If the two ever differ, the terms win.
Cancel anytime
Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops your next charge. No refunds for a month already started.
- Player Development and Elite Development: cancel anytime. No lock in.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
- To cancel, email [email protected] before your next monthly charge.
Match Analysis
- It is a one time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
- The guarantee: you will get at least 3 clear priorities, shown on your own film, and a plan for how to work on them. If you do not, you get a full refund.
- To ask, email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your analysis.
- I delete the footage 30 days after I deliver your analysis, or sooner if you ask.
Refunds for monthly payments
Cancelling stops the next charge. No refunds for a month already started.
If I miss the 5 days on the first analysis of a month and you ask, I refund that month.
The free founding analysis
- Nothing renews and nothing signs you up automatically.
- There is no card and nothing to refund.
How long refunds take
I issue approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may need 5 to 10 more days to show it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Player Development and Elite Development are cancel anytime, with no lock in. Cancelling stops your next charge and takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. No refunds for a month already started. Match Analysis is one time, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not get at least 3 clear priorities, shown on your own film, and a plan, I refund Match Analysis in full.
